THIS AGREEMENT REQUIRES THE USE OF ARBITRATION ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS TO RESOLVE DISPUTES, RATHER THAN JURY TRIALS OR CLASS ACTIONS, AND ALSO LIMITS THE REMEDIES AVAILABLE TO YOU IN THE EVENT OF A DISPUTE. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY TO ENSURE THAT YOU UNDERSTAND EACH PROVISION.AT&T U-verse TV and AT&T Phone require AT&T Internet Business Edition service and acceptance of the AT&T Internet Business Edition Terms of Service ( att.com/internet-terms). Your TOS will continue to apply to your Services when they are transferred from one location to another. Your TOS also include the Acceptance of Terms of Service for Purchase and Use of AT&T Phone and/or AT&T U-verse TV provided to you when Services are installed. If you purchase AT&T U-verse TV service, your TOS include the General Terms of Service set forth herein and the attached Schedule 2.
If you purchase AT&T Phone service, your TOS include the General Terms of Service set forth herein, and the attached Schedule 1. These TOS constitute a legal document that details your rights and obligations as a purchaser of AT&T Phone service and/or AT&T U-verse TV service (individually and collectively referred to as "Services"). or BellSouth Telecommunications, LLC (each individually and collectively referred to as "AT&T").
